Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) information searches are offered in partnership with Hao Legal Services. ServiceOntario Access Now searches are also available. With a name and licence plate number, an MTO address lookup can be performed — often useful when pursuing disputes with former tenants. Referrals are also available.

Edward Bai
Licensed Paralegal · Notary Public
Edward Bai is a licensed Ontario paralegal and Notary Public, and the principal of Bai Legal Services. He represents clients in Landlord and Tenant Board matters and Small Claims Court, assists with enforcement and garnishments, and provides notarization and Apostille services for Canadian and international use.
Before launching his sole practice, Edward trained under experienced paralegals and corporate counsel, supporting client intake, document preparation, and case work. He also co-founded HelloHome with Hao Legal Services — a property management platform with integrated LTB legal services — and provides legal and administrative support as a contractor to Yingke Toronto.

Transparent, case-by-case pricing
Most matters are quoted based on the work required. Notarization and Apostille use clear fee ranges; the final amount depends on document type and complexity.

Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Flexible appointments available on request outside standard hours.
Case work
Fees for LTB, Small Claims, enforcement, and related representation are customized to your matter — scope, urgency, and complexity. We discuss fees and enter into a written agreement before work begins.
Notarization & Apostille
Notarization: CAD $35–$50 + HST per document. Apostille: CAD $180–$220 + HST per document. Final fee depends on document complexity.
