LTB · Non-payment of rent

N4 → L1

High-level path from a notice for unpaid rent through an L1 application and hearing. Useful whether you are advancing the application or responding to one.

Notice periods. For many monthly tenancies the N4 period has often been 14 days. Bill 60 changes may affect periods — always use the period on the current N4 and LTB materials before you act.
