LTB · Landlord’s own use

N12 → L2

Notice because the landlord, a purchaser, or a listed family member requires the unit for residential occupation.

Period and compensation. Usual notice is 60 days to the end of term or period, plus one month’s rent as compensation. Bill 60 may drop compensation if the termination date is at least 120 days after the notice — confirm whether that rule is in force. This is not a change to the 90-day rent-increase period.
